use_external_routines_in_labview

It is sometimes either awkward or impossible (for me) to write simple routines in LabVIEW. It might be possible to implement this routines in other languages. The question now is: how to use external code in LabVIEW?
Fortunately LabVIEW is not such a crappy language and supports the system calls: LabVIEW is able to launch some executable from within its program. You have to dig it out, but there is a function System exec.vi that does exactly this.
