JPK NW3-US
JPK Nanowizard 3 Ultra Speed AFM/STM. Located in HL 702, in the middle, against the cupboard.
Fast scan operation, closed loop, motorized stage, large samples and nanolithography.
Several accessories (heating/cooling and EC). Scan range: x,y=30 micron, Z=6.5 micron.
JPK NW4 (shared with LIC)
JPK Nanowizard 4 Ultra Speed AFM/STM. Located in HL 702, on the left close to the wall. Manual precision stage. Several accessories of the NW3 are compatible with this AFM. Scan range: x,y=100 micron, Z=15 micron.
Bruker MM-NS3
Multimode 5 AFM/STM equipped with controller Nanoscope IIIa. Located in HL 701, immediately on the left.
Bruker MM-NS5
Multimode 8 AFM/STM (Bruker) with controller Nanoscope V. Located in HL 702, on the left, close to the entrance.
Development SPM
Open Source SPM, Multimode microscope or home built STMs controlled with Open Source SoftdB digital controller. Located in HL 701, in the front, close to the window.
